As Director of Business Development, Chip helps drive the sourcing and origination efforts at Northern Lakes.

Chip has over 35 years of executive experience supporting founder and family-owned businesses in M&A, operations management, marketing and sales roles for middle market and lower middle market companies. Over the past 6 years, Chip has been a buyside advisor focused on M&A originations and strategic growth initiatives for multiple private equity firms, strategics and family offices.

Chip is a graduate of the University of Alabama (B.S. in Industrial Engineering) and the University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business (M.B.A.).
